Your mission

The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our market presence within the gaming industry. He or she manages key accounts, fosters partnerships, and delivers exceptional results in alignment with the company’s business objectives.

An overview of your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges:
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share within the gaming industry:
    • Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and implement innovative approaches to drive sales.
  • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities to expand our customer base:
    • Cultivate new relationships, conduct market research, and proactively pursue partnerships that align with our product offerings.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements:
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with the company policies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our gaming products and their unique selling points as well as effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients, demonstrating how they address their specific needs;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the gaming sector and use market insights to adjust strategies, seize opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals:
    • Provide valuable input to refine products and marketing strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and activity reports:
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred);
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, account management or business development within the gaming industry or a related field;
  • In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, including market trends, key players, and emerging technologies;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions (e.g., with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders);
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at various levels of an organization;
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

The selected candidate might have to travel locally, nationally, or internationally for client meetings, conferences and industry events.
