I have been working at Bluberi for 15 years, and I love my job. The people are very nice and everyone helps each other to achieve the same goal. The company is growing fast and we have to adjust to all the changes that are taking place. Some days it’s more difficult than others, but it’s going well generally. I have all the equipment I need for my work, and my boss is always ready to listen if I need anything. I would recommend Bluberi as a workplace because the environment is very peaceful and the bosses listen to the employees. The working hours are very flexible and can be adjusted to our life outside work, which is great for me.
