Work/Life Balance
- US salaried team members enjoy unlimited Flexible Time Off.
- Canada team members start with 4 weeks PTO, 5 mobile days, 2 sick days, 9 paid holidays, plus December 25 – Jan 1 off.
- All Bluberi offices close December 25 – January 1, and all team members are paid as normal. Those who have to work during this time receive additional monetary incentives.

- Founded in 1815 by British military officers, Drummondville was at the time an English-speaking town! Valient French-Canadians clearing the surrounding land, the town became French speaking over the years.
